The German Tiger I tank was the most feared battle tank of the Second World War. The Haynes Tiger Tank Manual explores the history of the Tiger I tank and gives a rare insight into the famous Tiger 131 tank, the only running Tiger I in the world.
Held in The Tank Museum collection, the Tiger's story from creation and capture to its painstaking restoration is told using detailed photographs and text from the team of experts who restored, conserve and now run Tiger 131. Published in association with The Tank Museum, the Haynes Tiger Tank Manual is a must-buy for Tiger fans.
Great book building a 1:35 scale full interior tiger and used as reference
Always liked Haynes Manuals right from an early age learning to mechanic on my own vehicles but these specials are great as they give an insight into vehicles that not everyone can have access to and being a military vehicle restorer they are of great interest
It a book I alway want
I bought this book for a friend and he is very pleased with it.
A fantastic book full of interesting facts and information about an iconic and greatly feared tank of World War 2. Describes the (fortunately for the Allies) shortcomings of this armored monster as well. Recommended.
