Postage
All timescales for delivery are approximate and may change at any time without prior consultation. Details can be found directly via the links provided, or please email shop@tankmuseum.org. Please allow a few more days than those detailed for your items to arrive before contacting us. Please note, if you are ordering to a country outside of the UK, the tax is not included on your purchase, therefore potential custom charges may apply depending on the product or destination.
Postage Options
For UK addresses, deliveries are a standard £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. For Overseas orders, postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address.
Printify, Star Editions and I Love A Hangar Items (Online Exclusives) will be delivered to you directly from the print provider, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order. Please note trainers can take up to 28 days to be delivered.
Post is picked up Monday - Friday from all couriers. However, we work 7 days a week to pack your order, so if you get a notification on a Saturday or Sunday stating your order has been dispatched, it will be picked up the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
UK Postage
We use the Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS for our UK customers. For Royal Mail, our standard service is Tracked 48 Hour delivery. This is from point of pickup, not from point of order. We aim to process your order within 72 hours. During particularly busy periods such as Black Friday, processing time may be longer due to the volume of orders.
International Postage
Our current international Postal Service Providers are DHL, UPS or Royal Mail. The postage cost is worked out upon entering your address at checkout. Please note, the tax is not included on your purchase, therefore potential custom charges may apply depending on the product or destination.
Customs
When ordering goods from The Tank Museum Shop for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
The person receiving the order will be responsible for paying any customs charges, taxes or fees incurred during importation into the destination country. These charges are non-refundable in the event of items being returned. The Museum is not responsible for any delays in delivery time for international orders.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Tank Museum Shop, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Delivery times can be affected due to packages being inspected by customs.
We are a part of the IOSS system, and we can give this number to you on request if it is needed a second time by customs.
Missing Packages
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 21 days for EU & INT.
We must be notified within 30 days of when the order should have arrived. After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
