Please allow a few more days than those detailed for your items to arrive before contacting us. Even if First Class or Fast Track Postal options are selected, it may take us a few days to get to your order as we head into another UK lockdown, and a higher volume of online orders leading up to the Christmas period. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.

Postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address. You will then be offered a range of postal options and rates from our providers for you based on the combined weight of your items, and the distance they are travelling from our Museum.
Printify Items (Online Exclusive T-shirts, Mugs and Phone Cases) will be delivered to you directly from the printer, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order.
Postage is picked up Monday - Friday from all couriers. However we work 7 days a week to pack your order, so if you get a notification on a Saturday or Sunday stating your order has been dispatched, it will be physically picked up on Monday. This is also the case on bank holidays, the parcel will be physically picked up on the next working day. During Christmas there is always a non pick up period which we will endeavour to keep you updated on each year.This is (in all cases) the couriers decision not ours.
We use the Royal Mail for our UK customers. You'll be able to choose between First or Second Class, and whether you would like tracked and signed shipping.
The Tank Museum is able to post internationally to all countries across the globe!

Royal Mail International Untracked Economy
For heavier parcels that don't need to arrive in a hurry. Please be aware this packing option does not come with tracking unless stated otherwise.
CHRISTMAS POSTAGE: We recommend to not use Economy Shipping for a Christmas delivery as these may take between 2-12 weeks to arrive. See your region below for estimated delivery times.

Royal Mail International Standard
An affordable service for everyday international mail. Please be aware this packing option does not come with tracking unless stated otherwise.
- Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Added peace of mind for sending important or valuable items. Cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because signature cannot be captured.

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 30 working days after dispatch for the UK and for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the customer to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of when the order should have arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Delivery of large/heavy Items
The delivery costs on large/heavy items may be revised, as export mailing costs cannot be accurately determined until the point of dispatch. If additional payment is required you will be contacted to discuss if you wish to proceed with the order and if appropriate, to take the payment.
When ordering goods from The Tank Museum Shop for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Tank Museum Shop, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Delivery times can be affected due to packages being inspected by customs.
