Recreate the British Universal Carrier Mk.II Forced Reconnaissance with a Tamiya 1/35 scale model kit.
During WWII, the British army used various small tracked personnel carriers such as the Universal Carrier Mk.II, which first appeared in 1942. Tamiya's plastic assembly model kit accurately reproduces this vehicle's compact design, suspension, and equipment.
Included in the set are three figures to depict a driver, gunner, and radio operator as well as an additional two figures in North African front uniforms. Four kinds of decals are also included to allow you to depict the Universal Carrier Mk.II in a wide variety of battlefield settings including North Africa, Italy, and France.
Excellent model, showing it's age amongst newer manufacturers but still a little cracker.
Nice kits especially if just starting back into hobby . Would be nice if Tamiya make figures available with some accessories for use on other models eg Quad, Dingo or British version of White Carrier in an Europen or Middle East armoured division diorama
Bought this as a treat for myself. You can't go wrong with a Tamiya kit.Open the box,add glue and paint, give it a shake and out comes a great model. Go on,you know you want it.
Fits together nicely. Excellent service from the Tank museum
Bought this as an entry level to hone my skills for further builds.
Great quality especially for the price and taxing enough to stretch my limited capabilities. Highly recommend.
