The A-10 was designed to provide close air support (CAS) to ground troops by attacking armoured vehicles, tanks, and other enemy ground forces; it is the only production-built aircraft designed solely for CAS to have served with the U.S. Air Force. It is commonly referred to as a “Tank Killer” for its success during the Gulf War where it destroyed 987 Iraqi tanks and 501 APC’s (and huge amount of other military vehicles).

These shoes can run big so please measure your foot before ordering as you may need to order a different size than you expect.
