Delivery & Returns

We use the Royal Mail, DHL Express or UPS for our customers. For UK addresses, deliveries under 10kg are a standard £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. For orders over 10kg and overseas customers, postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address. Online exclusive products (such as trainers) will be delivered to you directly from the printer, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email shop@tankmuseum.org within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue you a full refund or replace it. Goods must be returned at your own cost. If the item is faulty, you do not need to return it, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Made from 100% recycled polyester

Please take note of the measuring guide to make sure you choose the correct size. We offer 5 sizes, the sizes refer to your height from top of head to floor.  

110cm - 125cm (3.5ft - 4ft)
125cm - 140cm (4ft - 4.5ft)
140cm - 155cm (4.5ft - 5ft) 
155cm - 170cm (5ft - 5.7ft) 
170cm - 190cm (5.7ft - 6.3ft)

Poor wrapping for post

The onesie arrived on time and we are very pleased, However, the plastic wrapping was the only protection from the post system and was torn. Also, we nearly cut into it whilst unwrapping. Please, in future add more protection. Thanks

Fits my 6ft 1 son well in terms of height and bit big around the body though. Be careful with the zip as ours came off the runner the first time as there was no stopper on the end but we managed to fix it and now don’t zip it so high. The onesie is really comfortable and warm and my son has pretty much lived in it since he got it.
