Now available for auction, this fully remote control M47 model. This model was gifted to raise funds to get The Tank Museum's full-sized M47 to running order for TANKFEST 2025.

With functioning tracks, a rotatable turret, working exhaust smoke system and hand drawn markings, this unique model is the perfect addition to someone's running fleet.

Please note the winner must collect the model from The Tank Museum at a mutually convenient time. The dimensions of the model are in the description below.

Now available for auction, this fully remote control M47 model in 1/6 scale. This model was gifted to raise funds to get The Tank Museum's full-sized M47 to running order for TANKFEST 2025.

With functioning tracks, a rotatable turret, working exhaust smoke system and hand drawn markings, this unique model is the perfect addition to someone's running fleet.

The kit comes with stowage and hand-drawn markings but requires a tiny bit of TLC.

Hull and Turret, Gun Front: Length 1.52m; Width 0.62m; Height 0.56m; Weight 108 kg

Hull Only: Length 1.12m; Width 0.62m; Height 0.3m

Auction terms & conditions

Please be aware this model is extremely heavy, the winner will need to collect the model at a mutually convenient time for the winner and The Tank Museum. The hull of the kit can be easily removed for transport. The auction will end at 12pm BST on 23 September 2024, the winning bid will have two working days to make payment, otherwise the model will go to the next highest bidder. The model is non refundable and non transferable.
