Recreate the British SAS Jeep with a Tamiya 1/35 scale model kit.
The Special Air Service unit was organized in 1941 by young British officer David Stirling and showed activity in the desert of North Africa. The only one mission of the SAS was to weaken the enemy by infiltrating deep through enemy lines and harassing the rear. It was the Jeep that the SAS used as their main means of transport. Although inferior to the Chevrolet Truck in loading capacity, the Jeep with superior cross country ability was best suited for the mission of the SAS
Will look great in my collection. Just need to find the right shade of pink
Great small kit at a small price.
If you want excellent service and fantastic products, order or buy in person at the Tank Museum at Bovington. In these strange times we all need to do our bit to help keep establishments like the Tank Museum afloat. So with Christmas fast approaching if you have a young child or a old child to like to make models get down to Bovington!!! As a certain Mr Holland likes to say "What's not to like"
