Delivery & Returns

We use the Royal Mail, DHL Express or UPS for our customers. For UK addresses, deliveries under 10kg are a standard £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. For orders over 10kg and overseas customers, postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address. Online exclusive products (such as trainers) will be delivered to you directly from the printer, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email shop@tankmuseum.org within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue you a full refund or replace it. Goods must be returned at your own cost. If the item is faulty, you do not need to return it, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

very good service and super model

I ordered this model as I like the 'paper Panzers', especially the E100 series. Delivery was very quick and the package was well wrapped. I paid slightly more than I would from other outlets for this, but am happy to do it as it supports the fantastic work of the museum. Looking forward to building it soon! thank you!

Very happy overall

Product arrived well packaged and in good time. Pleased with the website and overall process.
The kit is large for a WW2 tank. It cones with a machined aluminium gun barrel but has three plastic ones for different configurations.
Does not come with rubber tracks but has the more detailed single links you have to clip together. The instructions state 102 per track.
The moulding is of good quality with only a few flashes to remove. So far I have found a few spare bits; track links and plastic suspension springs but I’ve not finished building it yet. I do believe the suspension will “work” giving the correct effect when placed on uneven ground.
Overall very happy and should keep me amused for a month or so.
