Delivery & Returns

We use the Royal Mail, DHL Express or UPS for our customers. For UK addresses, deliveries under 10kg are a standard £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. For orders over 10kg and overseas customers, postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address. This price, does not include any potential custom charges that may apply, depending on the product or destination, as every country has very different import duties / taxes. Online exclusive products (such as trainers) will be delivered to you directly from the printer, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email shop@tankmuseum.org within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue you a full refund or replace it. Goods must be returned at your own cost. If the item is faulty, you do not need to return it, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Description
The StuG IV tank destroyer was used by the German army from 1943 to 1945. It was developed on the basis of the hugely popular Panzer IV MBT and perfectly complemented the dwindling stock of German armoured weapons.

The large size of the model made it possible to recreate details of the vehicle's interior and design a beautiful block camouflage. The model offers access to the service hatch, under which there is a removable engine. Additional functionalities include: the cannon, which can also be moved sideways, access to hatches for the crew and working tracks. The model uses only high-quality, durable prints.

A colourful little model

This is the third Cobi model I've built. This must be the most colourful of models having a three colour stripy camouflage as well as many incidental colours from chains tools and the exhaust. Looks very small at the side of a Tiger but is nicely formed and is (mostly) easy enough to build. A couple of hatches open or lift off and the gun has a realistic side to side and up & down movement. As on all of these models the tracks turn and the rear wheels with large open spokes are very distinctive.

I had a little difficulty with positioning the commanders machine gun and in getting the main barrel assembled correctly but these were not serious enough to discourage me.

The instructions were clear and well printed. Seemed to cover all the build well enough.
