I’d recommend this to anyone who is interested in the history of the First World War and the berth of the tank 👍
My great grandfather was in the tank regiment in www1 I have his training diary’s so was great to cross reference to the book
Brilliant, lots of fact that I was unaware of. I wish I had it before, as I recently built a 1/43 scale model and this book would have cleared up a lot of questions. I'll probably have to build another model now.
I would have liked more technical drawings and workshop manual-esq content to have been mixed in but I did love this book. The information on the history of the great tanks was presented well and was written in a way that made it interesting and easy to read.
Great book ..well though out !
