Haynes, in conjunction with the Royal Armoured Corps, lifts the lid on this lethal armoured fighting vehicle with a new book, Challenger 2 Main Battle Tank Owners' Workshop Manual.
This book is Hardback.
Being intimately involved in the very start of CR2 I think that a lack of noted input from the Vickers Defence team was not a good idea.
It would appear that the Army designed the vehicle from scratch, which is not quite the case.
Some excellent pictures though!
Superb publication. Extremely interesting.
All I need now is the Tank itself.
EX REME Artificer but luckily never worked on armour.
Very informative, really emphasizes the massive amount of work required before a Main Battle Tank rolls of the Assembly Line!
Great book fast service thank you
