Delivery & Returns

We use the Royal Mail, DHL Express or UPS for our customers. For UK addresses, deliveries under 10kg are a standard £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. For orders over 10kg and overseas customers, postage is calculated for you at checkout once you have entered your postal address. This price, does not include any potential custom charges that may apply, depending on the product or destination, as every country has very different import duties / taxes. Online exclusive products (such as trainers) will be delivered to you directly from the printer, separate from other items in your order, but your postage fee covers ALL items in your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email shop@tankmuseum.org within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue you a full refund or replace it. Goods must be returned at your own cost. If the item is faulty, you do not need to return it, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Tiger 131 was captured in Tunisia, April 1943, and was the first in-tact Tiger I to fall into Allied hands. Now a major exhibit at The Tank Museum, it is the world's only running Tiger I.

Compatible with other brands of building blocks, this is a stunning gift for all lovers of tanks, military history and Tiger 131 fanatics. Every purchase of this amazing model helps The Tank Museum to preserve Tiger 131 and ensure that this important piece of military history remains a working attraction for generations.

Not suitable for 0-3 year olds. Cobi is a standard building system from the Cobi Group and should not be confused with other building block properties including mini figures.

Fantastic

A great model of an iconic tank, well thought out and fun and at times challenging. the finished model looks fantastic, one noticable thing is the tracks make a very satisfying noise as you push it along and they move with the wheels superbly. The online ordering from the museum was faultless with swift delivery of a well packaged item. So its a 10 for the model and a 10 for the museum shop

Put a Tiger in your tank

I’m already a few Cobi kits down the road, and fancied doing a tank, so what better choice than this Beast. The overall detail is great, guessing since it’s a Tank Museum Exclusive edition, they’ve cast their expert eyes over the accuracy - within the limits of small bricks of course.
Had decided to go along the bricks route as couldn’t be bothered with the paint and glue route, the “pad printed” graphics are crisp, the brick colours are spot on.

If you’re worried about the quality of these Cobi kits, fear not, the build manual is very detailed and highlights the cheeky bricks i.e. ones that look cunningly similar but are not, so take care. All go together with a lovely Cobi click, and just when you thought it was getting flimsy, the next brick locks it all in place.
The track runs well, turret rotates smoothly, only thing the engine lid has to have the ancillaries moved before access can be gained – true to life ?? what a Pfaff

Overall a very satisfying build and well pleased with the final result.
The ordering and delivery were a breeze.
