Description

The Tank Museum Guide to Daimler Ferret comprehensively covers the history, development, production, uses, and ownership of arguably the most successful armoured car of all time.

Entering service in 1951, and with many marks and variants, it was fast and simple: accompanying British forces in every major post-war deployment for over 40 years.

The combination of Daimler Engineering and a Rolls Royce engine guaranteed its quality - and ensured its reputation as a vehicle that could follow and find the enemy wherever they went.

Satisfied Customer

I've really enjoyed skimming throught the Tank Museum Guide to the Daimler Ferret a vehicle that I have known since seeing them in action as a boy in Aden and finally seeing them in action the Saudi desert during Op GRANBY! A very informative piece which I wish I'd had before I built my Airfix model of the Mk2! Good quality illustrations that really assist the enthusiast with understanding the details of how this little capability enhancer works inside and out. I'm really enjoying it, so thank you Tank Museum for a great product!
