Just like the reviewer "E", I paid more custom duties than the T-shirt actually cost.
But boy, was it worth it. Several people have already commented on my good taste in clothing.
The "Best Job I Ever Had" t-shirt has been a very much appreciated birthday gift. The t-shirt is really nice.
Should one want to have it delivered outside of the UK, though, I suggest to pay attention to custom duties and delays.
I'm writing from Italy. I had to wait for delivery way more than expected (according to British Mail web-site); then, I've had to pay a gorgeous extra amount in duties (some 30/40% of the selling price, if I remember well).
I should have expected something like this as consequence of the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union. I believe that the Museum has no fault at all. Yet, I suggest that the Tank Museum put some kind of "caveat emptor" note on the shop page: it could help prospective extra-UK buyers to face unexpected delays and duties.
The T shirt was bought as a present and the birthday young man was very pleased indeed. Fury is his favourite tank and as below, a better view of the tank would be great.
It’s a great shirt, made well and fits well. Wish there was a better view of the Sherman “Fury”, but that’s me preference. The shirt is great. I’ve used that phrase ever since I retired from the US Tank Corps in 2005. Great shirt.
Love the design Fury reinforces what the Chieftain has said about the Sherman proper all round tough workhorse.
Only slightly gutted as XL was too small and XXL a bit too big must be an XL.5
