When an army goes to war the type of ammunition, weapons, cloths and vehicles it uses all depend on the theatre of war it is going to fight in. Soldiers are backed up by state of the art tanks, planes helicopters, artillery and weapons as well as having spy planes and drones forwarding information on where the enemy is.
Fighting alongside today's soldiers are Special Forces units who are trained to work behind enemy lines. Their role is varied and may include supplying intelligence, counter insurgency, hostage rescue, direct action and fighting unconventional warfare.
