It has been reworked several times since its creation and is still the undisputed centrepiece of our collection. This results in the very distinctive, boxy appearance of the hull of the Tiger I. The sides and rear of the turret had a distinctly curved shape. This was achieved by bending a single long 80 mm thick armour plate into the shape of a horseshoe using a giant press (Figure 1).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn addition, this kit features the checkerboard, overlapping road wheel arrangement for its functional suspension.
