Recreate one of the most iconic and fearsome fighting vehicles of World War II with this brilliant construction kit
Specifically, this is a scale model of Tiger 131 which was captured in Tunisia, April 1943. Now a major exhibit at The Tank Museum in Dorset, England, 131 is the world's only working example of a Tiger Tank and a major attraction.
This 550 piece kit comes complete with 2x crew figures and features working tracks. More importantly the Tiger's awesome 88mm gun is present and correct on a rotating turret that also allows it to be angled up or down. Other features that add a dose of realism are the spare tracks at the front of the hull, accurate exhaust system and hull mounted machine gun.
Compatible with other brands of building blocks, this is a stunning gift for all lovers of tanks, military history and Tiger 131 fanatics. Every purchase of this amazing model helps The Tank Museum to preserve Tiger 131 and ensure that this important piece of military history remains a working attraction for generations .
Not suitable for 0-3 year olds. Cobi is a standard building system from the Cobi Group and should not be confused with other building block properties including mini figures.
Very please with the quality of product purchased. Will definitely buy Cobi again and help support the museum. Delivered in good time.
Fun to build and looks great in my bookcase.
This was my second purchase of this model, one for myself and one for my 8 year old son, we both love the detail that's gone into the model, superb delivery!! Again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My son is a huge lego fan but fancied something from WW2. Neither of us had seen a cobi model before so we felt it was a bit of a gamble. It paid off! Make no mistake, this is very good quality, easily as good as lego. All the parts fit really well and are very compatible with lego if needed. This tiger is a stunner, lots of detail, really nice working tracks and we're looking to get more. Sure, you can get them from other retailers but for us, it made total sense to support the museum. Great product, excellent service....what's not to like.
It’s Tiger 131 - it’s a big model, fun to build & looks great. Far better build than an alternative brand version & you also help support the museum in the process.
