At last, the Tiger 131 Cobi model gets a spectacular upgrade! With 846 Cobi pieces this is a superior revised version of their best selling kit. We have a limited edition Tank Museum version with our own David Fletcher figure and Tiger 131 sign.
Tiger 131 was captured in Tunisia, April 1943, and was the first in-tact Tiger I to fall into Allied hands. Now a major exhibit at The Tank Museum, it is the world's only running Tiger I.
Compatible with other brands of building blocks, this is a stunning gift for all lovers of tanks, military history and Tiger 131 fanatics. Every purchase of this amazing model helps The Tank Museum to preserve Tiger 131 and ensure that this important piece of military history remains a working attraction for generations .
Not suitable for 0-3 year olds. Cobi is a standard building system from the Cobi Group and should not be confused with other building block properties including mini figures.
Bought it for my son. He loved it. Loves the detail and is super happy with it.
Putting together was a fun challenge and worth the time, the level of detail on the tank is amazing!
Received as a Christmas gift and love it! I love details and the slight differences between new Cobi Tiger 131 and the Cobi tiger E. The different road wheels, smoke dischargers and piping details on the engine deck. The piping was a pain to put together and it will block the engine hatch once built, but the look of the tank model is worth it. You won't be disappointed.
The set was very fun to build and resembles Tiger 131 well.
Some sections of the instructions were not clear or hard to read, and some details on the model (e.g. exhaust systems) are very fragile and do not fit together very easily.
Such a great model and having mr Fletcher riding it gives it that extra special appearance. Would highly recommend this model to any and all tiger, cobi and model building enthusiasts
